Client Brief
Client is a educational training software company who is located on the East Coast.
Issue
This rapidly growing online educational training software business uses PeopleSoft Human Resources, Financials and CRM applications. Given the complexity of the PeopleSoft applications and infrastructure, the Client did not have sufficient in-house resources to support the application and database in a manner sufficient to satisfy the company’s needs. One or two full-time people were required to handle these responsibilities.
DSI Solution
Dimension Systems was engaged to provide supplemental support to the Client’s existing application staff. DSI provides both functional and technical application support for the PeopleSoft Human Resources and Payroll applications. In addition, DSI provides technical support for the Financials & CRM applications. This includes managing the database, application and web servers as well as the batch server support. DSI also resolves ongoing day-to-day application support issues.
