Issue
The client uses Lawson Applications for both Human Resources and Financials. They had recently migrated from PeopleSoft Applications to Lawson platform. Soon after the implementation, they needed to move Lawson Financials, Procurement and Mobile Supply Chain Security from LAUA to LSF9.
DSI Solution
DSI utilized a proven methodology and standardization to migrate Lawson Security from LAUA to LSF9, driving efficiency within the security migration path.
Sample tasks included:
Setup of environment, Gen, Utilities
Setup of Roles –Setup tables for drills
Setup Security Classes – i.e. forms hand keyed
Setup MSCM security
Basic rule writing and testing with dummy user
Via a combination of on-site and remote senior-level expertise, DSI was able to complete the security project within a 5-week time period.
