From On-site to Remote DBA Support
Originally working with direct projects staffed on-site, Dimension Systems developed its first managed care product in 1989 taking responsibility for all software update maintenance needs for our clients. This was developed simultaneously with powerful remote support tools which minimizes client operating costs and maximizes flexibility in service delivery.
In 1993, we added out first PeopleSoft clients both in the areas of new implementation and managed care support. In 1997, we added Remote Database Administration (DBA support) to our portfolio expanding our technical services operations.
Today, we continue to increase our business portfolio significantly by providing remote managed services and on-site staff augmentation making Dimension Systems one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the software services industry today. We have expanded our service portfolio to include top ERP software solutions such as; PeopleSoft, Lawson Software, SAP, Salesforce.com. We also offer DBA support for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and DB2, and operating system and infrastructure support including Unix and Linux.
