When we first start working with you, we assign a senior consultant as your primary contact. This is the person that is responsible for ensuring that questions are answered thoroughly, work is defined properly, and work is performed in a timely and accurate fashion. We also make sure to keep you informed of the status of our work and expected completion for projects and deliverables.
