We have a large, customized PeopleSoft install, and we were spending a lot of money per year for support from PeopleSoft (Oracle), and on internal PeopleSoft/Oracle DBA support. We were continually challenged with internal turnover, and lackluster external support, and felt that we weren’t getting our money’s worth. By cancelling our external PeopleSoft support, and moving all support, including PeopleSoft Admin and Oracle DBA, to Dimension Systems, we have reduced our PeopleSoft support charges by almost 65%, and our systems are running smoother than they have in years.
