Enterprise applications such as HRMS, ERP, and CRM require maintenance to be effective tools for the corporation. Periodic updates from the vendor must be installed, application problems must be tracked down and resolved, custom reports and simple modifications become necessary for effective use.
These are activities which you may wish to outsource for a variety of reasons – you want to apply your internal resources to projects more directly adding value to company operations; you may have trouble retaining the specialized skills required, or the work involved may not justify a full-time resource.
For these reasons, DSI has developed “Managed Care” services, to provide the necessary maintenance at a cost-effective price, with a high level of service. There are two major Managed Care services we offer:
System Update Service (“SUS”) - This service applies to all vendor maintenance on your enterprise system:
- Minor releases
- Tax updates
- Tools updates
- Patches and fixes
The service also includes monitoring the vendor’s released patches to identify those which may be critical for your operation.
